What will the programme involve?

Learn how TechAccess NI helps students move from university into AI and data careers.

TechAccess NI is designed to complement what you are already learning through your degree by giving you practical experience, career preparation and opportunities to engage with industry.

1. Build your AI skills

Take part in an in-person AI workshop delivered by the AICC and gain access to the AICC AI Learning Lab, where you can work through seven self-paced courses covering different areas of AI.

2. Put your learning into practice

Work on applied, employer-informed challenge activity designed to help you use your skills to tackle practical problems and gain experience beyond academic coursework.

3. Build your portfolio

Develop project and portfolio evidence that demonstrates what you can do, giving you practical examples to draw on in future applications and interviews.

4. Prepare for recruitment

Take part in a mock recruitment process, including a technical presentation and panel interview, to help you prepare for the type of selection process you may encounter when applying for graduate AI and data roles.

5. Access mentoring

You'll have the option to connect with a mentor who can support you as you prepare for applications, interviews and the transition from university into industry.

6. Explore graduate opportunities
