These are the terms and conditions which govern the application process for AICC hands-on support programmes. These explain what the form is for, what happens to the responses, and what you agree to when you submit your application. Please read all of it before you agree and submit the response.
Before the AICC can decide if we can work with your organisation, we require information to determine your suitability. The AICC needs to collect information about your organisation, your goals, and your potential for AI support.

This application helps the AICC understand your organisation better, and check whether we may be able to offer hands-on support. The AICC uses it to decide, internally, if and how we might provide support.
Before the AICC can consider your organisation for hands-on support, we check the application against core eligibility criteria. The organisation must meet these before moving forwards. To be eligible, an organisation must:
The AICC calls this its core eligibility check. This is the first stage of the AICC review, described further in Section 4.
The AICC reviews each application in two stages:
We check your application against the core eligibility criteria in Section 3. If your organisation does not meet these criteria, the application will be unsuccessful and will not move onto Stage 2.
If your organisation meets the core eligibility criteria, we use the information in your application to assess your organisation’s suitability, and to determine how well your objectives and current position align with the AICC’s remit and available support, as described in Section 1. We will base this assessment on:
If the AICC confirms your suitability for a support programme, this will be agreed separately, and only after this initial assessment. The AICC is not required to contact you, and there is no fixed time by which we will do so. The AICC decides whether and how to move forward after reviewing your application. The outcome of the process is solely governed by the AICC.

As part of this application, we will ask you to provide contact information, such as your name, job title, organisation, and email address. We need this information so that we can contact you about your application.
We will only use your answers for the purpose explained in Section 1. This includes contacting you about your application, our internal review, reporting, and if appropriate, planning of any possible future work with you.
The AICC ensures that:
If you tell us about your organisation’s use of AI, your plans, or how you handle data, we will treat this information as confidential. The AICC will not publish it outside the AICC, unless required by law or you provide explicit permission.
What happens to your information depends on the outcome of the core eligibility check described in Section 3.
In both cases, we will only keep your information for as long as necessary (e.g., the lifespan of the AICC), following which we will securely delete it. If your application leads to further work with the AICC, different rules about your data may apply to that specific programme or activity, and the AICC will explain these rules to you separately.
When you apply, you confirm that the answers provided are correct and accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you are answering on behalf of your organisation. The AICC relies on your answers to make decisions. If you provide false or inaccurate information, it may impact your ability to progress to an AICC programme.
Nothing in this application, or in any guidance connected to it, is legal, financial, technical, or professional advice. By submitting an application, you are not guaranteed a place on AICC programmes and are subject to the limitations outlined in Section 2.
No communication should be treated as a promise of funding, support, or any other outcome. Any real commitment must be confirmed separately, in writing, expressly by the AICC.

I understand that my organisation must meet the core eligibility criteria in Section 3, and that if my organisation does not meet these criteria, my application will be unsuccessful and only non-identifiable information about my organisation will be kept. I understand that meeting the core eligibility criteria does not guarantee support and does not create any commitment between my organisation and the AICC. I can confirm that my answers are correct, to the best of my knowledge. I agree that the AICC can use and store this information only in the way this notice describes.”
